Posted on: October 23rd, 2013 by admin

The Indiana Youth Leadership Forum (INYLF), which is funded through the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities and put on by the Autism Society of Indiana, is a 5-day leadership training program in which entering 11th and 12th graders, ages 16-22, with various disabilities come together on the IUPUI campus to further develop the necessary skills to become better leaders in their own lives and in their communities. The student delegates will participate in career development activities, a visit to the state capital and hear from successful professionals in the disability community. The Forum is July 21-25, 2014, but the application deadline is in December.  This is a very unique opportunity for youth with disabilities to learn leadership skills.  For more information, click on the links below.
